3D Cloud

Display your 3D models and pointclouds in Web and VR

3D Cloud Services

3D Cloud is a display for your 3D models and pointclouds in Web.

Photorealism of the 3D Cloud scenes is achieved by Physically Based Rendering (PBR) which resembles the real world flow of light and material physical properties to render the reallistic look of the models in real-time. See below the full list of advanced features.

Each 3D Cloud scene can be published to your audience as a direct link to 3D Cloud or embedded into your own websites and social media.

Getting started is as easy as writing us a message and we are going to guide you in the process of publishing your models in 3D Cloud.

3D Cloud Features

Display of 3D Models

3D Cloud can display in Web any 3D mesh models. Photoreallistic look is achieved by advanced real-time rendering methods as Physically Based Rendering, HDR Imaged Based Lighting and Skybox environments.

The 3D Cloud native format is glTF. Also we can provide you conversion from all popular 3D formats you may use in your workflow.

Display of 3D Pointclouds

3D Cloud can display in Web 3D pointclouds. Any scale and high-density of pointclouds are not a problem. Photogrammetic, LIDAR and any other laser scanned pointclouds are covered too.

We can provide you conversion from any popular or custom pointcloud formats. Also we provide pre-processing and optimization of pointclouds to minimize web loading time, to improve the rendering quality and user experience in the scene.

Pointcloud Rendering Modes

In 3D Cloud scene the user can chose different rendering modes of the pointcloud as captured-color, white mode and hypsometric mode.
The option of Eye-Dome Lighting (EDL) provides much better look and feel in many use cases.

The captured-color is the real color of the pointcloud, which comes from its creation process being it laser scanning, photogrammetry, modelled or algorithmically generated.

The white mode is best for viewing the model shape. Here the Eye-Dome Lighting works great to emphasize the small details and shape curvature.

The hypsometric mode is artificial color representing points elevation above ground level. It is best for viewing terrains, land surveying results, buildings and construction sites.

Model Environment

The environment surrounding the model in 3D Cloud scenes is defined by HDRI environment maps and Skybox images.

HDRI maps defines the imagery data needed for Image Based Lighting of the model, which brigns in the photoreallistic light and reflections on the model surface.

The optional Skybox is a 360-degree panoram, representing the scene background around the model. Skybox is the most memory efficient way to provide scene environment in the Web.

Seamless Embeding of 3D Cloud Scenes

Every 3D Cloud scene can be embedded into your websites and social network content. It is quite easy and requires only simple HTML, no JavaScript or other coding needed. We can advice you for your particular embedding cases.

3D Cloud Performance

We developped 3D Cloud services with highly optimized native code in order to achieve its top performance. 3D Cloud runs on reliable, high-quality computing and network infrastructure by leading data-center providers. This way 3D Cloud Services has high-availability, optimal serving speed, low response time, and excellent network connectivity all over the World.

Privacy Respected

We do not collect any data from our users nor track 3D Cloud visitors by any means. We believe in and respect the right of privacy. We are Europe Union company and we comply to GDPR and other international laws for data privacy. Thus you may not expect any statistics or metrics for web visitors of your 3D Cloud scenes.
